Lost Sale
Yesterday 3 July 2019 I went to Edgars in Northgate to buy an Estée Lauder foundation. I asked for assistance from the sales consultant to pick the right shade for me. I then asked for a tester so I could try the product out for a week before purchasing. She told me that there are no containers to use for testers. That’s a lost sale. Testers should always be available for customers.
