Local is lekker with quality staff

I bought a cell phone from Edgars online and was told it would be delivered in 7 days. I waited for over a month and was very upset after many phone calls and emails but still no phone.

Eventually the phone came and was delivered to the Parow branch as requested. It came gift wrapped as it was a present for someone so i didnt check the phone. I gave the present to the person and realised afterward it was the wrong phone. I took the phone to Edgars Promenade the next day to return it and was told because the phone was opened and checked i couldnt return it. I was very upset and disappointed but the staff and manager listened to my story and understood my dilemm. I wasnt aware of the return policy as i wasnt told when i purchased or collected the phone. It was literally closing time and load shedding on top of it but they helped me until there systems went down. I bought a new phone they set it up for me, loaded all the apps with no hassles at all. Staff normally rush to get home but they assisted as if it were the middle of the day.
