LISTING WITH CREDIT CHECK AGENCIES

Phoned Edgars regarding bad listing found through FNB. One cannot speak to their accounts department without having an ID number registered with them or an account number. Don't know that I have any account with Edgars and they don't recognise my ID number.<br> <br> Phoned their customer care number. They gave me the number of the legal department as *** but this number just rings and rings.<br> <br> How is one supposed to clear this of one's record if Edgars and their legal department refuse to talk to someone who's never been a customer? Why have they listed me as a bad debt if they don't even know me?
