Listed on ITC

Im so furious that Edgars has listed me on ITC without my knowledge. shocked that they have listed my name without my knowledge, i was never given any notification of this. I have been nagetively affected by this. How can one report this to NCA not proper procedure was followed, with my knowledge before listing they have to give you 21 days to resolve a debt and this has never happened worse even tried calling they customer care number but it is never answered
