Lindiwe's service has made sure I never again visit Edgars Maponya mall

My cousin and I received the most unwelcoming and upsetting service yesterday at Edgars Maponya mall. My cousin wanted to buy bras and she didn't know the correct size,as the one size she is using is uncomfortable. So I recommended Edgar's to her as I work there at Lasenza and I know it's important to be fitted. We went to the store so she can be measured and fitted but when we asked for that Lindiwe who is the one who was supposed to assist us just asked by looking at my cousin what size she is wearing and my cousin told her she doesn't remember as it's an old bra. Lindiwe then went on an asked her Jean's size and my cousin told her she wears a 38 and to my suprise the consultant just looked at us at told her she is a 38E. Without giving her a proper measurement, not only that she just went about doing her on thing without showing any interest. We are paying customers and will never again go to a store with such service, employees who do not value customers should not even bother working in stores.
