Life Membership
I am utter appalled by the fact that Edgars charges R39.50 for life membership and cannot even send their membership magazine to subscribers!<br> I receive an sms on the 25/28 of every month informing me that I should collect my Edgars Club magazine from a store before the end of the month..... that gives me 2-3 days to physically go to a store, stand in the queue which by the way, at this time of the month is endless with 1 cashier, to collect a magazine!!!!! I pay my account via EFT to avoid this very situation.<br> When I called the call centre, Vuyeswa-who was very nice yet couldn't offer a solution informed me that Edgars only sends magazines to \Gold membership subscribers"? and offered I upgrade or the alternative"

Please note due to re-occurring postal strikes; a decision was taken for club magazines not to be posted anymore and sent to customers via SMS to collect at the store. Only Club VIP members receive the magazines via post. If you experience any difficulty when collecting your magazines, please do not hesitate to contact us on our toll free number.
