Lies lies and more ****** lies
After putting a complaint about edgars on hello peter when I received a response I had some hope that there could have en a problem but now I'm certain you guys are full of **** I received an email stating you will give me feedback within 54 hours excluding weekends that was on the 20-03-2015 today is the 7-04-2015 and no reply or feedback very disappointed being 1 of the biggest chainstores in the world you people of full of bull **** which has no standards what so ever learn to keep to yourlls word when people don't pay there account yourlll are very fast to ganish them an put them on the credit bereu but when yourll can't fill in promises what are the customers to do with you yourll really need to appreciate your customers really now without us yourll won't have any business
As per our telephonic discussion we would like to apologise for the unpleasant service you have experienced. Kindly note we have liaised with the Marketing department and they confirmed that there is no promotion of that sort currently running, and asked us to advise customers that the calls were not from Edgars.
Please be advised our forensic department are still investigating and tracing where these calls are coming from. We apologise again for the overall experience.
