Letter for prescribed debt.

I have been trying to get in touch with Edcon with regards to an Edgars account opened years ago. I require my prescribed letter or written off debt for this account as this account was prescribed. I am requesting your soonest feedback regarding this matter the prescribed debt letter as I will have no choice than to lay a complaint at the National Credit Regulator as this is affecting my credit record.
