layby due to expire and i am out of the province.

I have a layby at your wonderpark branch for a pair of black kitten heal shoes and the expiry date of the layby was yesterday 18 March. I am currently not in Gauteng due to work commitments and will be back on Thursday or Friday. I wanted to check if I can pay for and get my layby then. I requested intervention telephonically and on your Instagram page and no one is responding or assisting me. All i am asking is your T&Cs and to check if i can pay for the layby 5 days post expiry date. Or can i request someone to come in store and pay for me? A little response from you will go a long way.
