Lack of service on account paid in full but now acknowledged. Where is my money lying?????????????

I have paid my account in full a d final settlement and they still had the xheed to request a further R70 plus rand which I paid just to get the account closed, off of their records and to remove it on all credit bearos plus Experian. It 4 months later and Experian also shows I owe Edgars. After emailing, Efgard, Ezoerian, Rcs etc I have had NO LICK!!!!! PLEASE HELP! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SHOPPING THERE OR OPENING AN AVMCCOUNT AS THEY GENUINELY HAVE A LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
