Lack of service

I have recently made a payment to settle this companies credit, after settling the amount I was told to wait 21 days before the payment letter is issued, I have called their collections department countless occasions and have been pulled from pillar to post to get my name cleared. This is an unpleasant experience since when you owe this company even R1 they ensure you pay the account
