lack of job knowledge

Going into edgars to do shopping and to increase my limited, I was sent ffrom pillar to post up and down 3 times from enquiries where I finally ended up speaking to lynne (downstairs manager) went back up to liezel the credit manager which rudely answered a telephone call while assisting us and acuusing us of saying her staff doesn't know what they doing meanwhile no one gave us the same info regardiing n credit increase!the manager belittled us infront of other clients and made us look like the bad person and left us standing there and just left with no apology after being in edgars for 2hours already and still no increase!the people there need all need to be taughed the same info to avoid sending people up and down to the next persson that dsnt rreally know how things work! What is the point of a edgars account when I can't even use it??????
