Lack of Customer care
<p>Went to Edgars Randfontein willing to buy Guess Jeans buy 1 get 1 free and unfortunately there where NO size 36 and above.I then enquire on your Facebook page and I was given fashion hotline number to call to find out if any Edgars close by do have a stock.then waisted my time by calling to be told that there a lots of Jeans I must be specific and I can call Krugersdorp Keywest to find out if they do have a stock.what a pathetic service if from 1st I could had been given Krugersdorp Keywest,Cradlestone or Clearwater numbers so that I can enquire there.why I'm asked for specifications while im merely looking for saled size 36 or Above Guess,Sissyboy or Levis Jeans.</p>
