unfair and unreliable company, i bought a cellphone on account and took out insurance as per their advice. they promised to have it replaced anytime theres a problem with it and said nothing about me having to deal with finrite insurance company. my phone got damaged and they refered me to finrite adminstrators who said i must pay an excess fee to have my phone replaced which i did, its been a month and i still havent received any call or a new phone. i went back to Edgars Northgate to tell them about my experience with their insurance company the staff there says they also cant help i have to deal with finrite on my own, amin my deal was with them ( Edgars) not with finrite, i paid all my premiums to them but now they refer me to this useless insurance company with *********** call center agents. please help
