keep up the good work
I initially lodged a complaint which was not about her but the bad attitude from the counter manager when I wanted to change the estee lauder powder. The query has since been resolved. Simone actually phoned me and assisted me with kindness. She demonstrated excellent customer service skills. She even went beyond to show me other specials available. Being assisted with people like that brings hope that customers are still valued. I hope she gets recognised.
