Keep phoning me for ******* debt collection

I have an Edgars account, which I was battling to pay off. Earlier this year I app**** for debt rescue, and all my debts were taken over by my debt counselors.
Legally, Edgars may NOT contact me at all regarding payment of my account, they have to deal with my debt counselors directly. They have been informed of this on numerous occasions.
Yet, I am getting harassed by extremely rude phone-calls to my place of employment, about twice a week, from your call center, who lies to the receptionist about where she is calling from, and then they proceed to shout at me, claiming I am not paying enough money.
I WILL GO TO THE CPA WITH THIS, IF IT DOES NOT STOP IMMEDIATELY. THIS IS ******* AND PSYCHOLOGICALLY INTIMIDATING. YOU ARE INTERFERING WITH MY JOB AND DEGRADING MY NAME TO MY EMPLOYER.
By law, all credit providers are subject to the terms and conditions of the lending laws of South Africa (FICA). You may not lend money to someone who cannot afford to pay it back, and you must agree to allow debtors to repay their debts through debt counselling if they need it. I am battling to provide food for my children, and you have the NERVE to threaten me for applying for debt rescue?
