Kaak Game Delivery Services

This has got to be the worst experience I have ever received from Game delivery services. I bought a TV a week before the Black Friday (bad choice) and I was promised delivery within 5 days, I think you can guess where going with this review. Long story short, I am still waiting for my delivery regardless of so many comms back and forth. I have been dealing with a lady called Natasha Robain (probably the worst person to handle customer relations. I only received 2 emails from here, the first one was to acknowledge my complaint and the second was to tell me she has reached out to the couriers. It's almost 2 weeks since I last heard from her and still counting. If you can't deliver the TV, I would really appreciate it if you can refund me.
