Justin- Rude and Insulting Collections Agent

<div>I received a call from the collections department yesterday. An agent by the name of Justin spoke to me in the most rudest manner he never gave me a chance to speak and and was ridiculously rude. How does Edgars employ such people??? I am utterly disgusted by the manner in which he spoke to me and I had put through a claim on my account after being retrenched which he had some audacity to say to me that my account is in arrears because I have been retrenched and he will see me in the Ombudsman. I would really like to take this matter further as I feel this is really unacceptable to be spoken to in this manner </div>
