I've called several times no luck,I'm fuming at its core that I've wasted so much airtime and so consultant could assist me,spoke to a carol and been on hold over 10min-20min...I need a paid up letter and i refuse to wait hence I've logged a call prior this is JUST CRAMP and I've asked on Hello Peter for u to remove me from a default on the burea and no luck...this ia effecting my life I want this down today if not I will be going to the ombudsmen
