June payment
Why pay your account via EFT if the payment is not received, I am very unhappy with Edgars queries has been logged no feedback has been received to date. Previous months payment was done in the same matter. I was inconvenienced at the store when I was told my account has not been paid for June which I done so on the 20/06 its a month later nobody bothers to say anything
Please help very frustrated.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

21 Jul 2020, 07:54So I receive another call from Edgars yesterday inquiring about my June payment , according to the consultant the information conveyed to me yesterday does not appear on my statement why provide false information to get yourself off the hook Edgars I need my account rectified ASAP stop lying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. My installment has increase for July based on your error for June . Kindly provide accurate correct information. This is not resolved ongoing problem
