Jubilee mall edgars

I went to pay my account at edgars a few months ago. And paid of the whole amount but could not close my account as the system was down. The lady helping me said that my account will remain at zero until I come and close off the account. Life happened and I could not close the account till I got an emailed statement saying I owe R110 and when I went to the store to close the account I am currently bein given the ran around. Please sort of your systems and staff. Glad I am closing down my account though.
