Jet Store at it again

I have been a loyal customer for more than 16 years. Never missed a payment. A ********** activity occurred on my account. They picked it up and confirmed. I was advised to go to the store and make an afidavity. Which I did.

I sent follow up emails even.

Now the store has handed over my account to the lawyers?
