Jet / Edgars duping clients

I would like to just bring to everyone's attention that may be a Jet or Edgars account holder that this company is changing the 6 month interest free account to a revolving credit account without permission or the knowledge of the account holders. They are also just charging a monthly Jet Club fee and Insurance fees without any prior permission. To my horror I found out my account was now a revolving debit account and that I was being charged 17.5% interest against any purchases I had made and that I was being charged a monthly club fee of R42. At this rate, and if they have done this to all their clients, especially the marginalised or lower income group, these people will never get out of debt. The amount owing to Jet / Edgars will just keep getting bigger and bigger. Surely this is not legal and very very deceptive.

I have been emailing them and trying to get a satisfactory result but it's not happening.

BE WARNED. CHECK AND SEE IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS STILL A 6 MONTH INTEREST FREE OR WHETHER IT IS NOW A REVOLVING CREDIT ACCOUNT
