Jet club subscription continue being deducted from my Edgars account but the account cannot buy at Jet.

I have an account with Edgars and comes this issue of Edgars parting ways with Jet and all other shops that have been under The Edcon group. My issue is that I can't use my Edgars card at Jet but they keep on deducting Jet club from my account and wherever I try to call them to cancel the club membership they don't pick the phone. This is the worst I have faced whereby I as a customer must suffer for the issues with their companies and their internal issues.
