Jeep Shoe - Cheap Shoe

I have purchased quite an expensive Jeep shoe almost a year ago. I do not have a receipt as after 3 months i threw it away expecting good quality from Jeep. Now this shoe is completely falling apart. Kindly assist or give details to contact Jeep directly. Thank you
