Ivan from the Westgate branch to the rescue!!

Thank goodness for Ivan at the Westgate branch, I want to give a shout out to him not only because of the excellent service that I received from him, but also the personal touch that was given. He listened to my frustration and what my issues were and went out of his way even coming to my work to go through my account and getting me sorted. Thanks for the great service Ivan, Edgars could definitely do with more people like you. Thanks for getting my query solved and for the professional manner in which it was done, much appreciated. I will be going to the Westgate branch from now on.
