ITC Update, Worst Business Ever

I've settled the overdue account with Edgars just to get them out of my life. Paid up letter received on 9 July 2021, and they have still not done an itc update, and I keep getting different answers when I call to sort this out. This is by far the worst business in south africa and I will never do business with them again.
