It is impossible to close and Edgars account because they keep charging their service fees due to their admin delays!

I have paid my account in full and confirmed all was in order with customer service for my account to be closed. I was told it wpuld take up to 36 days. I asked the person assisting if any other charges would be charged in this 36 day period. He confirmed none. I have now been sent an sms saying i owe R86 for club and service fees. I have emailed Edgars for a response as to why and have asked for assistance into getting my account closed and have had no response. I have emailed twice in fact. I have also called the customer care and the lady who assisted said all she could advise is that i pay the R86 so the account can be closed. I refuse to pay the R86 as i am afraid the chatges will just reoccur and my account will never be closed. Can anyone from Edgars please urgently assist and stop robbing people!
