It appears screaming at a Customer is acceptable

I logged a complaint with Edgards on the 7th of January, however, it appears as if no one is taking it seriously.

On the 7th of January, I visited the Edgars Shop @ Balfour. While paying, the Cashier, a gent named Thabo, was ****y, arrogant, ******, all while screaming at us. At one stage, Thabo turned the screen and said "Tell me how to do it" and then continued to scream "this is my job". I pulled my phone out and asked for the Manager. I took Thabo's photo to which he responded "I dont need this ****" and walked away.

Thabo then sent his friend, Lerato. I asked Lerato for the Manager and he told us that neither he nor Thabo will call the Manager. Lerato then also walked away. The lady cashier next door wanted to call the manager, but I asked her to process the transaction. She apologised for Thabo's behavious and stated it was unacceptable.

Upon walking out, I saw Thabo and Lerato hidding together. I approached them AGAIN to resolve the issue, and while I was still walking to them, Thabo walked away.

This issue was raised with Edgards on the 7th. The store manager & a gent from head office contacted me to get a statement, however, since the 10th nothing has happened.

I have challenged ALL to look at the footage & discuss with the lady cashier next door, however, it appears this type of behaviour is deemed acceptable.
