Issue with safety gadget
I went to Edgars in Lephalale on 3 September 2018 and bought two shirts.
When leaving, the security lady checked my bag and signed my slip. Everything great.
After that, I went to Foschini and the alarm when off when I entered their shop. I went to their cashier and said he must remember that I just entered and that he needs to leave with me again, because I don't know why the alarm went off. He laughed and said maybe one of the previous shops didn't remove their safety gadgets. I just laughed and said that this was the first time ever an alarm went off for me.
Today, I wanted to wear the shirt I bought and the safety gadget was still attached to it!
Why didn't the alarm go off at Edgars already?
I live really far from Lephalale and was only passing through. How can I remedy this situation?
I have my slip and they should be able to see on the security cameras how everything played out.
I would like Edgars to contact me with a solution.
