irresponsible management
Even today Edgars is still failing to give me proper feedback regarding my cellphone claim.its now full year going up and down.they only call me when i write the review.this is completely pathetic and disgusting.it really shows that you guys dont know customer care and you really dont care about doing follow up on the quieries.
To the entire Edgars management you are embarrasing,i did not create mess of 2 imei number of my cellphone and i really dont care what you think but you must provide feedback.i cannot pay for something that I'm not geting service for.
