Invalid charges

4 Months have passed and I am still unable to resolve this issue. Few months ago i noticed a charge of R19.99 for SMS fee and R19.99 for Mobile content. This charge has been on my account every month since and I'm unable to remove it. I have called the Edcon call centre several times, i have reported it at the clearwater Edgars store, i have escalated, yet every month I still get charges these fees. I'm giving them 1 last chance to resolve this problem, else I will be closing my account with them.

We are deeply sorry for the Mobile Content that was enrolled without your consent. Kindly note we have referred this matter to the RMCS department to cancel the mobile content and credit your account. Please accept our sincere apology for the overall experience.

Good Day Edcon, This issue was resolved a year ago, and now the charges are appearing on my account again. Same account, i did not subscribe to this service, please reverse charges again.
