Why are we receiving demands letters for 1025.13 when the statement received shows the following: Statement sent 15/12/2015 Total due: 60.14 on 31/12/2015 (nothing overdue) 07/11/15 PAYMENT - THANK YOU 670.00 - 6019.04 27/11/15 PAYMENT - THANK YOU 1500.00 - 4519.04 (double installment paid)
