INTREST CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT - Change my account
I am very unhappy with Edgars due to them putting them my account on interest and not 6 months interest free. I need somebody to please contact me to set this straight as I have been a customer with Edgars for many years. I want my account to be structured back to the 6 month interest free.

Please note In terms of the amendments to the National Credit Act (NCA), an affordability assessment is key in ensuring the credit management process is aligned with standard risk principles and must evaluate the customer's ability to repay the credit extended, by utilising accurate and up to date information. Thus the business decision was taken to not change account plans from 12-6 months.
