Interest Rate!!!
After speaking an agent in your call centre wanting to change the interest rate plan on my account...he says this cannot be done!!! why can't i change it from a 12 month to 6 months?
This was never an option provided when i had opened this account. If a customer prefers an higher installment with a lower interest rate then why is it so impossible!!!
