Interest on Interest

<p>On 5 July I send the following e-mail</p> <p>Please take note that today this account will be paid in full with the amount of R2165.70. and deemed closed permanently.</p> <p>• Also take note that I subtracted the interest letter fee of R 19.38 and request you to please write this amount off. I was then informed that if I pay the 19.38 they will look at it.</p> <p>25 July I received an statement with total off R74 something in-between correspondence was not acknowledged.</p> <p>16 August new Statement revealed the following info: instalment R16.75; Overdue R 66.92 and total due balance is now R83..67</p> <p>and after yet a another request prompted yesterday still no acknowledgment and yet no write off of interest on interest.</p> <p>I do not want to talk to them I want their commitment in writing as their staff are quite arrogant at times.</p> <p> </p>
