Interest charges on 6 months interest free account, and on R0 balance

After 15 years of having an Edgars account, I am closing my account now, because of useless RCS billing and interest being charged incorrectly. Having only ever bought on 6 months interest free, they have been charging me interest on and off since 2023. I argue with them every time they do, and they reverse it. But since September 2024, having to pay a R28 monthly service fee, even on an R0 account balance, and interest being charged on top that, I refuse to be paying money off their debts for them. A word of warning to all customers. After having read through other HelloPeter reviews, it seems they are doing this a lot.
