Integrity Questionable

I raised a concern on this platform with regards to 2 purchases that was duplicated on my account. The following day I received a call from Edgars, but could not be heard by the consultant and she did not attempt to call me again. Unfortunately I had no way of contacting her back as I had no details. A response was placed on my complaint that the duplications would reflect as being reversed on my next statement. Needless to say that was not the case on my statement dated 2015/08/15. So please allow me to share the following with you, unfortunately I cannot trust Edgars in doing business with them and would like a detailed statement for the previous 18 months in order to conduct a proper audit on my account. Despite the fact that gremlins can creep into our glorious electronic systems from time to time, I find it hard to accept that 2 purchases could be duplicated on different dates and stores. I would also expect some form of compensation from Edgars as this is not going to be taken lightly. I am going to share my experience with as many people as possible, only to make them aware of how you are conducting your business of late. Your response will be appreciated.
