Insurance that doesnt pay

edgars contacted my fiance to sell the account protection plan to her, for a long time she paid it. on the 3rd of January when she returned to her place of work she was informed that they would be closing her position due to the company moving. she first started out as a temp then continued to work there for two years, according to edgars she was a temp but as far as i know if you work at a company for more than 3 months without a end date you are considered permanently, they even gave her a months notice according to the law, she never had a contract stating the end of her employment. African bank and woolworths both paid out the insurance for her retrenchment which she still is unemployed. why cant edgars? we demand their payout!!!
