Insurance is such a **** and a ripoff

I cannot express my disappointment in the service I am receiving. I needed the car towed to my mechanic. Not once when i took out the policy was i told they will only tow to the nearest dealership, We pay so much for such pathetic service. If I was in an accident were they going to take my car to VW to fix and pay for it, I don't think so, they will look for the cheapest mechanic, yet to tow my car because of mechanical problem, which is my own expense to fix, they are only willing to tow me there, yet my mechanic is 9,5 km's away. We haven't claimed once in the 4-5 years. they took our money very nicely, now to offer a simple service like towing they unable to.
