Insurance *****

It has been almost a month since I claimed for my lost phone.i have paid the access fee as requested but still no new cellphone.Everytime I call the insurance dept, I get same answer expect a call before the end of the day... I have been waiting since the 18th August but they DNT forget to debit their money...I'm super ****ed
