Insurance claim
My mother made a phone insurance claim abt two weeks ago and hasnt received any responce. on the 31/MAY/15 I went to Edgars Adderley Street cape town to enquire only to be told there is no claim that has been made. How is it possible to get a claim ref number if there is no claim?? I just want to know how is that possible?? Can someone please clarify that.
