Insurance Claim
I recently had my Samsung Corby ****** which i have insured through edgars after buying it for R3000.00 and insuring it for R2000.00 which i have been paying the insurance premium for years. I then went to the edgars store to claim as I am needing a handset to keep in contact with my children, upon arrival I was told that I am only liable to claim R700.00 with a R90.00 once off fee in order to claim which was not communicated to me. I am disgusted at what has been told to me as I have paid all my premiums every month and there has been no communication regarding the value of the handset decreasing from your side as my premiums have never been changed. This service is disgusting! I have been a loyal customer for 14 years and this is the treatment that I receive. I trust that you will have this sorted out asap.
