insurance added without consent
I checked my account and saw that there was a R72 charge for a hospital plan that i never agreed to since 2012. I then stopped it and enquired about my money obviously they would investigate. After like 3 months still nothing then all of a sudden a 1200 credit was done. I refused to pay my account until someone just answered me. So they dropped my limit from like 10kms to 2k. Disgusted Edgars won't bug there
