INSTALMENT QUERY
i have had my account with Edgar's for a few years now and i know that when a lump sum is paid in the instalment is recalculated . i have been told that my instalment is still calculated on my last highest balance and its not due but i can pay if i want to . i am really confused . can sumone who understands what to tell a client call me please <br> could you also up skill you staff at the different branches as each of them don't know what amount to look at when there is a query !!
