Instalment decrease and increase in a space of two months without any notification.
Horrible service ever, last month they reduced my Instalment without notifying me and when I asked the person that was assisting me what the reason for the decrease was he advised me that he was not sure but that was the amount I needed to pay... now this month my Instalment is double yet again nobody informed me and if I decided not to pay the double amount that's gonna affect my ITC, Payment and Credit Profile... worst service ever now I have to over commit myself and make sure I pay this amount.
