****ing shocking!!!!!
<p>I have had my account open for many years, I pay it every 1st of the month, I DO NOT skip a month so, when i get ****ing hounded by the ****ing staff causing to pay R 610 when my account is R 725.45 when the monthly Installment is only R320 . YOU GET MONEY PAID INTO THE ACCOUNT EVERY 1ST OF THE MONTH.... yes i am getting snotty on the phone calls and i am in this message i am getting hounded when their are ****ing thousands of people that owe you a lot more!!! know i know why i dont ****ing shop there anymore. i will pay off my account like a ****ing normal person like everyone else. im one of the good people that actually pays!!!!!!!!!! if this matter is not sorted i will pay my account and i will close it as well as all my other accounts associated with edgars. I have an account with woolworths owe a lot more then ****ing that but they dont hound me they happy that i pay every ****ing month!!!!!!!!!!!!!! </p>

31 May 2017, 16:52I have reviewed my account and statements i always pay 200 t0 300 and never been an issue and never been charged with overdue. Now all of a sudden you ****** charging ****ing ridiculous. My account has been much higher then this and still same amount paid and guess what never was an issue!!! I will be paying same amount every month till that is zero... people of south africa owe a lot more and you dont receive any payments i know a few of these people. At least i am paying my account. You are the only store that has an issue with this. I get phone calls all the time to up my credit on my accounts and i always say no thanks my credit is fine. You should be hounding people that owe you money that arent paying. I AM A TRUE PAYING CUSTOMER!!!! My account is always paid every month.

29 Jun 2017, 11:12So once again been hounded.... the last 3 weeks i have been in hospital with pneumonia... call yesterday i was still in hospital, i am still suppost to be in hospital but i cant be off work for so long. so still ****ing ill today call ****ing edgars.... i told the women yesterday once i am out i will pay it i will pay the ****ing amount amount and close the account TODAY and will post all over social media how ****ing shocking edgars is. i have had my account for over 10 years and not once have i missed payment not once have i had problems but now all of a sudden i am getting charged over payment.. my account sits at R 419 i will pay it and close it... i ****ing hate edgars i will never shop there again or even walk into the store and it will be all over the place every week... but i understand now why edgars is hounding me...
