Inefficient Service Edgars Festival Mall

I went to Edgar’s Festival Mall today there were 3 cashiers the 1 was serving a customer at that time I was the only customer waiting to be served the other 2 were talking amongst themselves whilst I waited there and being ignored, eventually a lady by name of Rose called the next customer and I went, as she scanned 2 items in my basket were on special, they however didn’t scan the correct promotional amount, she scanned them with the same incorrect amounts, only to get home and realise that the promotional price wasn’t used. I am now forced to go back to Edgar’s Festival Mall to rectify a deliberate error by a staff member who is inefficient
