Incorrectly Supp**** goods

First time customer, Order number ***, and the incorrect stuff was supp****... the paid for items was correct, the Free gift was not supp****, and the Requested samples where not supp****...<br> <br> Called the call center number 4 times... First 3 times, some one answers and immediately Cuts the call. 4th time lucky, the agent tells me the stuff is most likely out of stock...<br> <br> I find it weird that on the order form, instead of advising there that its out of stock and \Alternative Samples"was supp****"
