Incorrect Statement

To whom it may concern: <br> <br> Edgars has been adding on additional charges to my monthly account without my consent. I have sent emails and tried to call the Customer Care Number in which no one ever answers. What is the point of having an email support address together with a Customer Care Number if there is no answer or response. My statement shows the following additions: <br> 1.) The Personal Protection Plan (R16.45) <br> 2.) The Account Protection Plan (R16.45) <br> 3.) The Life Membership Fee (R 39.50) <br> 4.) The Account Protection Funeral Insurance (R 10.50) <br> <br> This is a total of R82.90 per month. Please can you urgently REMOVE these items of my monthly statement <br> <br> Please rectify this problem URGENTLY!
